So… we did it! We set out on the road to California. Being married to Andrew, of course meant we couldn’t just dip our toes into the drive. We had to go a l l  t h e  w a y. If this was going to be a roadtrip, it was going to be the most legit roadtrip ever embarked apon. We backtracked from Raleigh to Wilmington in an attempt to do the ridiculous – and drive from coast to coast. Now here’s where the toe dipping turned literal. I endured a full blown icy water of a complete body emersion in the atlantic ocean. Now let me tell you. It. Was. Cold. But thank goodness for modern technology, we got it on film, and it somehow made it worth it. Kinda.
Now we’re on the road again, with the heater on full blast, excited to reach our next destination!
